I approach my work in early childhood education with heart, purpose, and a deep respect for the unique journey of every child and family I serve.

Through years of hands-on experience and continued learning, I’ve come to understand that strong, trusting relationships are the foundation of any meaningful educational experience. At Ositos Academy, I strive to create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, seen, and supported, academically, socially, and emotionally.

I believe that when we recognize and respond to the individual needs of each child, we open doors to confidence, curiosity, and lifelong learning. My approach is rooted in cultural responsiveness, family engagement, and equity, ensuring every family feels valued and every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Working with families facing adversity is especially close to my heart. I am committed to being an advocate, a resource, and a steady partner to those navigating complex challenges.
